Ülker is a Turkish brand of various food and drink products, mainly focused on confectionery. Today, the brand is owned by Pladis, a subsidiary of Yıldız Holding. When it was founded by Sabri Ülker in 1944, Ülker didn't have a logo until the 1950s.
