Ten Central North broadcasts in Australian Eastern Standard Time in Queensland and the Northern Territory (Northern Australia TV3 licence area) while Ten Central South broadcasts in Australian Eastern Summer Time in New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Tasmania and Norfolk Island (South Eastern Australia TV3 licence area).

CDT began transmission on 30 June 2010. The official callsign is CDT in Remote Central and Eastern Australia TV2 licence areas and IDQ (ITQ Digital Queensland) in Mount Isa TV1 licence areas. It is a joint venture between Imparja Television Pty Ltd and Southern Cross Austereo.
