GLV-10 Gippsland/Latrobe Valley

GLV-10 Gippsland/Latrobe Valley began transmission on 9 December 1961, becoming the first regional TV station to launch in Australia. Translator stations were later setup at Toora/Foster on VHF-6, Orbost on VHF-7, and Lakes Entrance on VHF-11. The callsign stood for Gippsland Latrobe Valley Victoria.

Television Centre of Victoria
1973–1980
In April 1973, an affiliation was formed between BCV-8, STV-8, and GLV-10 which became the Television Centre of Victoria (TCV).
Network 8 Victoria (Victorian Broadcasting Network)
1980–1982
On 17 January 1980, GLV changed frequencies from 10 to 8, allowing ATV Melbourne to move to the 10 frequency three days later to solve that channel's reception difficulties from broadcasting on channel 0. As a result of the switch, Channels 8/10 was rebranded Channel 8.
Southern Cross TV8

On 1 January 1992, the station expands to Shepparton (Goulburn Valley) on UHF-46.
SCN TV
1993–1994
In September 1993, Southern Cross Network was rebranded SCN TV.
Ten Victoria
1994–1995
In May 1994, SCN was rebranded Ten Victoria.
1995–2002
On 30 November 2000, GLV moved again to UHF-37 in order to allow GTV-9 Melbourne to commence digital broadcasting on channel 8 without interference.
Southern Cross Ten Gippsland
2002–2005
2005–2016
Nine Gippsland
2016–2021
On 1 July 2016, GLV switched their affiliation from Network Ten to the Nine Network.
10 Gippsland
2021–present
In 2021, 10 moved to Channels 50-54 with GLV being one of the stations to accommodate for the change.
