Ten Perth (first era)
1988–1989
NEW-10 Perth began transmission on 20 May 1988. It was originally going to be WCW-10 (West Coast Television) until a change of ownership forced the station to be renamed NEW-10 for marketing purposes. The callsign stood for New Western Australia.
10 TV Australia Perth
1989–1991
In 1989, the station was sold to Charles Curran so the network could be rescued from its financial difficulties.
Ten Perth (second era)
1991–1999
In 1995, NEW-10 Perth rejoined the network when new owners Canwest bought the station.
