The 1994 FIFA World Cup (branded as World Cup USA '94) was the 15th edition of the FIFA World Cup, the global championship tournament in men's association football, held across 9 cities in the United States from 17 June to 17 July 1994.

The defending champions were Germany, who won the 1990 tournament in Italy. The tournament was won by Brazil, which beat Italy in the Rose Bowl, Pasadena, California, on 17 July 1994.
