A preview of the logo of the 2023 SEA Games was earlier presented in front National Olympic Committee of Cambodia meeting on 29 June 2020. The official logo depicts the Ankor Wat a Cambodian temple and four colored dragons with the red, blue, yellow, and green. It will be made official during 1,000 days to go countdown on 7 August 2020.
The official motto of the 2023 Southeast Asian Games as well as its theme will be "Sport Into Peace" (Khmer: កីឡាចូលទៅក្នុងសន្តិភាព).
