1982–1984[]
Lotte Shopping opened its first convenience store under the name of "Lotte Seven" in 1982. It closed down all of its 3 branches then exited the convenience store business in 1984. Before Lotte Shopping returned to the convenience store business 10 years later.
7-Eleven[]
1988–present[]
In 1988, Korea Seven Corporation was established and opened its first branch in South Korea in 1989. Later in 1994, Korea Seven Corp. was acquired by Lotte Shopping.
