7Food - new TV channel - First Look

Following the relaunch of SBS's food channel, Seven Network announced a new free-to-air channel under the name of 7food network, devoted to food that began transmission on 1 December 2018 on free-to-air channel 74 (64 in Queensland's Sunshine Coast). The channel returns Food Network's brand and programs with a mix of original offerings to Australian TV after less than a month after the rebrand of SBS Food. This logo places both the Seven Network and Food Network logos side by side as an amalgam.

It was announced on 24 October 2019 that the channel would be closed after failing to make headway with its viewers. It was confirmed on 16 December that Food Network content will be moving to both 7TWO and 7flix on 29 December 2019.

The channel closed on 28 December, just over a year after it launched.
