9Go! is an Australian free-to-air digital television multichannel, which was launched by the Nine Network on 9 August 2009. It is a youthful channel that offers a mix of comedy, reality, general entertainment, movies, animation and drama aimed at people between the ages of 4 to 18.
9Go! began transmission on 9 August 2009 as Channel 'GO!', an entertainment sister channel to Nine with a logo that has many different colour variations. The first program aired at 6:30pm, which was an episode of Wipeout.
GO! launched its new logo on 2 February 2014 with many bicolour variations. This logo was short-lived until the channel was renamed 9Go! in 2015.
On 26 November 2015, GO! rebranded to 9Go! The name change came about as Nine Entertainment Co. sort out to rebrand most of their channels by adding the iconic 9 dots, sharing in the heritage of Australian TV they represent.
As of 1 July 2016, 9Go! is carried by Southern Cross into regional areas on channel 53.
The new logo features the 9 dots beside the 2014 logo, but with the O in lowercase.
