FIXPlay was launched in 2010 as Ninemsn's catch-up TV service. It was later merged into Jump-in in 2013.

Jump-in was originally trialed as an interactive app on iPhone and iPad during the Nine's coverage of the London 2012 Olympic Games.

2014–2016
After the integration of FIXPlay into Jump-in in 2013, Jump-in was relaunched in 2014 as 9Jumpin.
9Now
2016–2017
9Jumpin was replaced with an entirely new service named 9Now on 27 January 2016. 9Now provides video on demand, catch-up TV, web exclusives as well as live streams of Nine, 9Gem, 9Go! and 9Life.

On 28 July 2017, the Nine Network had to rework their logo from 9Now by incorporating the full Nine logo and making the 'Now' type uppercase.
