A new logo was launched on August 29, 2016, along with a new station identification (known on-air as S+A (pronounced "S and A").
On May 5, 2020, the National Telecommunications Commission issued a cease and desist order against ABS-CBN Corporation, forcing all of its television stations (including S+A) to cease their operations due to their broadcasting license expiring. However, S+A Global continued to broadcast around the world until August 31, 2020.
