Horizontal version, with "Theatres" written next to the AMC logo. Formerly used on signages of its theaters of the time, though can still be seen on a few remaining locations.

On September 8, 2021, a new tagline, "We Make Movies Better", was introduced, replacing "AMC amazing".

2010–2013

In 2010, the previous logo was given a new look with the text colors reversed and put in the red circle, and the new slogan "Where Movies Live" was launched, which was used until 2013.

Rare variant with the 1980 "Theatres" text, used on locations that previously had the 1980 logo. Known to appear at AMC University Place 8 in Carbondale, IL from June 2010 to April 2016.

100th Anniversary logo

In the summer of 2012, AMC introduced an updated logo similar to the previous one which reads "AMC amazing". They also introduced a new animation which features different representations of film genres within the red circle. Intake Studios was behind this rebrand.

Until early 2022, this was still used on the mobile app, but is still used by its rewards program AMC Stubs, and at a handful of locations (mostly the interiors, but also the exteriors on some).
