AXN is the Romanian version of the TV channel with the same name, owned by Antenna Group (formerly Sony Pictures Entertainment until October 2021).

2003–2011[]

An HD simulcast was launched on December 19, 2013.

Greek media company Antenna Group acquired the entire Central and Eastern European TV business of Sony Pictures Entertainment on October 1, 2021.
