Aastha, meaning Faith in Hindi, is one of the oldest Hindu devotional channels in India along with Sanskar TV, having been launched in November 2000 by Vedic Broadcasting Limited (VBL), which operates two more channels, Aastha Bhajan and Vedic. It is available in many countries around the world through its international feed, launched in 2005. It has a similar sister channel, Aastha Bhajan, also launched in 2005.
