Abastible announced the creation of its new subsidiary, AbastibleTec, which seeks to lead the energy transition by offering renewable and efficient solutions for industries in Chile, Ecuador, Colombia and Peru. The company estimates that this unit, with a focus on clean and sustainable energy, will contribute 20% of its EBITDA by 2028.
