Aeroflot Russian Airlines (usually referred to as Aeroflot) is the flag carrier of the Russian Federation and (formerly) the Soviet Union. It is the largest airline in eastern Europe (not counting Turkish Airlines) and was the largest airline in the world in the 1980s.

The airline joined the SkyTeam airline alliance in 2006, a year after introducing its current logo, although its membership was suspended in 2022 following the country's invasion of Ukraine.
