1986–1987[]
The company was split into two prior to privatisation.
Alder Valley North was rebranded 'The Bee Line' during 1986. The following years saw parts off the company sold off until its remaining operations were sold to First CentreWest in 1996.
1987–1992[]
The remaining operations continued as Alder Valley until 1992 when the company was sold to Stagecoach which later operated the company as Stagecoach in Hants & Surrey.
