Alomo Productions became part of SelecTV in 1990. In 1997, itself was taken over by Pearson Television which merged with the RTL Group in 2000. In 2001, the production operations of the RTL Group became FremantleMedia. In 2002, Alomo Productions ceased as a production unit.
