Anandabazar Patrika is the largest-selling Bengali daily newspaper in India and the flagship property of ABP Group, a media house headquartered in Kolkata that also runs the English daily The Telegraph and ABP Network, a group of TV news channels. It launched a sister newspaper, Ebela, in 2008. Its competitors include Bartaman, Aajkaal, Ei Samay and Sangbad Pratidin.
