Aizat Amdan won with the song "Terukir di Bintang", composed by original singer Yuna Zarai.

The theme for this edition is "Ekspresi Seni" (Art Expressions in Malay), which makes use of works of art and colours in the graphics. It was also the first time where a song not sung by the original singer wins, with Yuna not being able to sing her song as she was in the US, so she was replaced by Aizat, and he won for her.
