On 2003, Astral Telecom was rebranded, done by Brandient. It launched a new marketing image as well as the motto Created to evolve (Creat să evolueze in Romanian).
On September 2004, UPC acquired Astral and folded its consumer brand into UPC, while its business division was retained the old name until 2007, when its finally replaced by UPC.
