Axis network was first launched as Lippo Telecom in 2001, which was owned by Lippo Group and focusing on operating in East Java only.
NTS[]
2007–2008[]
This short-lived logo was introduced in 2007 when the network was expanded and moved its headquarters to Jakarta and launched its 3G network as a subsidiary of Maxis.
Axis[]
2008–2015[]
2008–2014[]
This logo was introduced in early 2008 when Axis network was first launched nationally as a subsidiary of the Saudi Telecom Company.
2014–2015[]
April–October 2014[]
Following STC's sale of Axis to XL Axiata on 26 September 2013, the new logo was unveiled on 8 April 2014. The wordmark was retained, but its colour changed from black to purple. The STC logo was dropped and the byline 'Powered by XL' was added.
October 2014–2015[]
Following the introduction of XL's new logo on 28 October 2014, the Axis "Powered by XL" logo was also updated with the new XL logo.
2015–present[]
On 30 March 2015, XL Axiata unveiled a new logo for the Axis network, with the launch of a new advertising campaign, Iritology, and the slogan Irit Itu Axis (Axis is cheap).
