On May 31, 2002, Baltijos televizija was renamed to TV4 Lithuania and introduced its third logo that is the same logo used by TV4 Poland.
BTV Lithuania
2004-2011
On 17 September 2004, TV4 Lithuania's branding came to an end and the channel was relaunched for the fourth time with its name being reverted back to the previous name of BTV Lithuania, but it notices that the name "Baltijos televizija" is now an acronym known as "BTV". At the same time, the channel retained its umbrella logo, but is now been crossed out to turn it into a star.
2011–2014
On 30 September 2011, the blue star was confined to history and were replaced by a new logo in favour of a blue flower which is the same as the previous logo. With this logo, BTV Lithuania started to celebrate its 20th anniversary by playing a montage of various programmes being broadcast on BTV Lithuania throughout the 20 years.
2014-present
On 29 September 2014, BTV Lithuania was rebranded again with another new logo and the flower was removed by leaving it only with the "BTV" wordmark.
