In Feburary 2018, Bandai Namco Holdings announced that Lantis and Bandai Visual will be merged into Bandai Namco Arts on April 1st 2018. The new company will do same business as its predecessors but they'll be related to a combined company.
Bandai Namco Music Live[]
2022-present[]
In October 2021, Bandai Namco Holdings announced that Bandai Namco Arts will be restructured into Bandai Namco Music Live. The company's home video assets (including Bandai Visual) were transferred to Sunrise which was rebranded as Bandai Namco Filmworks, while Bandai Namco Music Live will retain their record labels as well as their live entertainment operations. These changes occured on April 1, 2022 and that same day, the company adopted the group-wide Bandai Namco logo.
