This new logo, in red and blue, dates from the merger with the East Coast entities. To some observers, the blue area on the shape represents the letter B for "Bank", and the red, A for "America". The logo resembles a blanket. This logo is still being used in most Bank of America locations.
Bank of America tweaked its logo on November 16, 2018.
