On October 1, 1998 Ukrainian Radiosystems launched the network and all servers are provided under WellCOM brand.

The virtual mobile operator was created in 2004.
Along with WellCOM, transferred to Beeline on February 1, 2007.

The Ukrainian bank PrivatBank created it's virtual mobile operator which is based on network of Ukrainian Radiosystems on February 1, 2005.
In June 2006 privat:mobile stopped to connect new subscribers and in February 2007 "Ukrainian Radiosystems" and PrivatBank terminated the contract.
Transferred to Beeline on March 1, 2007.
Beeline Ukraine[]
2006-2013[]
After VimpelCom's acquisition in 2005, on April 11, 2006 the "Beeline" brand was launched, which is later will became an single brand in 2007.
In 2010, Kyivstar and URC start the merge. Between 2010 and 2012 all services switched to Kyivstar. In October 2012 Kyivstar acquired 100% of URC's shares and in September 2013 URC was liquidated.
