Originally named as “South Maya Ventures Corporation”, BellaVita was a division of Ayala Land until 2011, when it became a new residential brand catering to a broad affordable market segment that includes minimum wage earners and members of the informal business sector. BellaVita's name is Italian for "good life", a reflection of its mission to offer quality homes in the country’s social enterprise communities, allowing residents to enjoy a comfortable living experience.
