Not to be confused with the 2022 World Games to be held in Birmingham, Alabama.
The official logo was launched on the 27th July 2019 during the Commonwealth Social festival at Centenary Square. The emblem was designed by Royal Leamington Spa based agency RBL, who also directed the 2019 rebrand of the Commonwealth Games Federation. They also unveiled its official slogan: Games for Everyone.
The emblem is a stylised "B", formed by blue-yellow gradient lines. They represent the locations of the venues throughout Birmingham and the West Midlands that will host the games' events, connected to form the monogram. This emblem is also the first to use the new branding for the CGF, now branded as Commonwealth Sport.
