Recently, after 8 years of being silent in Metro Manila and Antipolo, Rizal television, on July 3, 2011, UHF 31 returned its operations as a test broadcast. The station (along with other RMN-owned UHF stations nationwide) was occupied by Broadcast Enterprises and Affiliated Media, after the latter bought up the acquisition by Bethlehem Holdings, Inc. (funded by Globe Telecom's Group Retirement Fund) from RMN. And as the first broadcast TV operations under new ownership.

On September 1, 2014, Jack City is no longer broadcast on this network. However, O Shopping and TBN have been replaced.

As of November 2021, DepEd TV, Talking Heads and Chinatown TV are currently airing on BEAM's analog channel while the digital feed carries the main BEAM TV feed (simulcasting DepEd TV at morning) and its subchannels: TV Shop Philippines, Pilipinas HD, Life TV and ABS-CBN Corporation-owned Knowledge Channel.

After 10 years, BEAM TV discontinued its analog TV broadcast on UHF 31 for the second time on January 1, 2022. Later in January 18, 2022, BEAM started to operate its digital TV broadcast on UHF 31, but it is still under maintenance as the network is still trying to migrate its signal operations which is currently using the digital transmission on UHF 50.
