Brown & Polson is a manufacturer of cornflour and custard powder in several countries. It was founded in 1840.

In India it is owned by Hindustan Unilever. Its parent Unilever acquired it in 2000 along with some other brands (including Knorr) of the American company Bestfoods.[1]
