BuKo (Buhay Komedya) is a 24-hour comedy pay TV channel owned by TV5 Network, Inc., through Cignal TV's partnership with APT Entertainment. The channel offers a variety of comedy shows previously aired on TV5.

Cignal announced that the channel will cease broadcasting on December 31, 2025.
