CBEW-FM is a CBC Radio One owned-and-operated radio in Windsor, Ontario, Canada, owned by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. The station signed onto the air on Valentine's Day (February 14), 1935 as CRCW at 1550 kHz on the AM dial. The station, then as CBW would leave the air for reasons unknown in 1938 before being relaunched as CBE in 1950. During the interim period, CKLW (800 AM) carried CBC Radio programming. CBE would make the move to the FM dial at 97.5 FM as CBEW-FM on July 1, 2011.
