CBS Media Ventures is the syndication arm of ViacomCBS. It was founded in August of 2006 when CBS folded its King World and CBS Paramount Domestic Television arms into a new entity. The new syndication company didn't use a logo until August 2007. CBS Media Ventures handles all Paramount, Viacom and all CBS programming for syndication.

CBS rebranded Paramount Domestic Television with the CBS name in January 2006 as an interim syndication arm. It was announced in August 2006 that the branch would merge with King World into one big entity. However CPDT would keep its on-screen identity until September 2007.

After the CBS Paramount brand ended, CBS Paramount was renamed to CBS Television Distribution. This logo was one of the few not immediately changed when the 2020 CBS rebranding began, staying in use until early 2021. This logo was still used in Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune until a week after the new branding launched.
