CBS Media Ventures is the syndication arm of Paramount (formerly ViacomCBS). It was founded on September 26, 2006, when CBS Corporation folded its King World and CBS Paramount Domestic Television arms into a new entity. The new syndication company didn't use a logo until August 2007. CBS Media Ventures handles all Paramount, Viacom and CBS-produced programming for syndication.

CBS Paramount was fully relaunched as CBS Television Distribution in late 2007 (when King World had been fully merged with Paramount Television; the CBS Paramount name was still used by CBS Paramount Television Network Television until May 2009). This logo was one of the few not immediately changed when the 2020 CBS-wide overhaul began, staying in use until January 2021. This logo was still used on Jeopardy! and Wheel of Fortune until a week after the new branding launched (due to their shows then having been produced before this rebrand took effect).
