On August 1, 2012, Chellomedia announced that all Zone channels will be rebranded into CBS channels. Except for CBS Drama in Poland, where it was going to replace Club TV. On December 3, Zone Reality was replaced by CBS Reality.

2017–present[]

In 2017, CBS launched a new look for the International channels for CBS Action, CBS Drama and CBS Reality, except for the Drama channel in Poland, which was closed on December 31, 2016. On CBS Reality, the color of this logo was changed to Yellow, but only for CBS Eye Logo and Font.

CBS Reality was closed on December 31, 2023 in the Czech Republic, Slovakia^[1]^[2] and the Netherlands^[3]. It was also closed in Bulgaria^[4], Croatia and Hungary^[5] on January 1, 2024.
