CBS Television Distribution is the syndication arm of CBS Studios, Inc. It was founded in August of 2006 when CBS folded its King World and CBS Paramount Domestic Television arms into a new entity. The new syndication company didn't use a logo until August 2007. CBS Television Distribution handles all Paramount, Viacom and all CBS programming for syndication.
