The station re-launched as Mojo Radio in 2001. However, in 2002, it changed its callsign to CFMJ.

In 2004, due to low ratings (MOJO was typically hovering around a 1.4 share) the station moved away from the male-oriented imaging to a more general news and talk format as AM640 Toronto Radio.
