In 2005, Commerce Asset-Holdings Berhad (CAHB) changed its corporate name to Bumiputra-Commerce Holdings Berhad (BCHB). However, the identity obtained the former CAHB logo.
2006–2007
CIMB Group
2006–2011
In 2006, BCHB founded CIMB Group, took the name of its investment bank subsidiary, CIMB. Later in 2007, all subsidiaries of BCHB were transferred to the new company as part of large restructuration and ultimately, BCHB renamed as CIMB Group Holdings Berhad.
2011–2014, 2014–present (secondary)
In 2011, the color of the corporate logo, along with several subsidiaries, was adjusted to red, matching the logo of its consumer banks. This change indicated the strength of its Southeast Asian roots.
CIMB
2014–present
Starting in 2014, CIMB Group refers itself as just CIMB.
