The logo includes Kuma, a cartoon bear which is the mascot of COLOPL, inside a speech bubble or balloon. The star from the previous logo would be incorporated into the プ katakana.

After COLOPL going public on December 14, 2012, an English version of its website (albeit with placeholder text) was launched in January 2013.
