On September 1, 2014, nSport changed its name to nSport+, along with its sister channels Kuchnia+, Ale Kino+, Planete+, TeleToon+, MiniMini+ and Domo+.
Canal+ Sport 5[]
2022–present[]
On February 9, 2022, it was announced that nSport+ would change their name to Canal+ Sport 5 on April 4, ending the era of the "N" name after almost 16 years.
