Canal 9 was the second channel of Televisión Nacional de Chile between 1986 and 1990.
1986-1987
Frecuencia 9 started broadcasting on 3 June 1986. During its first year, broadcasts of Canal 9 were stated as "experimental".
1987-1990
The new logo and name were introduced in 4 May 1987, becoming officially Canal 9 Señal 2 de TVN. The channel was shutdown in 24 August 1990 and replaced later that year by Megavisión.
