Canal Digital Kabel started as Televerkets Bedrifts Kunder Kabel TV A/S (TBK), a then cable television division of Norwegian state-owned telecommunications company Televerket in 1988 after merging with many cable companies in Norway.
Telenor Avidi AS[]
1995–2001[]
In 1995, Televerket was privatized and became Telenor AS. TBK Kabel TV then renamed to Telenor Avidi AS. From 1995 to 2002 Telenor Avidi did not have a logo of its own, they did only use Telenor's logo.
2001–2002[]
In 2001, Telenor updated their logo to more futuristic and up to date for that time period. This is the last time Telenor Avidi used the main Telenor logo as their own.
2002–2003[]

In 2002, Telenor Avidi finally got their own logo branding after 6 years. One year after, Telenor had united all of its television services to Canal Digital name.
Canal Digital Kabel TV AS[]
2003[]
For few months in 2003, Canal Digital Kabel TV used the same logo as Canal Digital Satellitt AS but only in blue instead of yellow.

In 2013, Canal Digital Kabel TV launched T-We.
Canal Digital Kabel AS[]
2016–2018[]
In 2016, Canal Digital Kabel TV refreshed its identity to distinguish itself from its sibling satellite company, Canal Digital, and changed its name to Canal Digital Kabel.
On 23 October 2018, Canal Digital Kabel AS merged with its parent company, Telenor ASA.
