Trece is a Colombian cultural-oriented public channel, & is also a regional TV channel, with coverage in the provinces of Cundinamarca, Boyacá, Tolima, Huila, Putumayo, Meta, Vichada, Casanare and Vaupés.

In 1998, Canal 13 was created as "Teveandina", a regional TV channel for the Colombia's Andean region, with programs targeted to young audiences.

In 2012, the channel adopted a new look, with the name becoming TRECE* (stylized as TR3CE - "thirteen" in Spanish), and the logo becoming a yellow-orange-red gradient, written in uppercase letters.
