Trece is a cultural-oriented pubic channel in Colombia, what at the same time works as a regional tv channel. With coverage in the provinces of Cundinamarca, Boyacá, Tolima, Huila, Putumayo, Meta, Vichada, Casanare and Vaupés.

In 1998, Canal 13 was born as "Teveandina", a regional tv channel for the Andean Region in Colombia, however, the programmation change into a young audience.

In 2012, The channel got a new look, and so, the name become TRECE* (stylized as TR3CE, *In spanish "Trece" means thirteen.) the typography changed, and the logo become a yellow-orange-red gradient, written in uppercase letters.
