Caracol Televisión, also known as Caracol TV or in a simplified manner as Caracol, is a Colombian private television channel of varied programming founded on August 28, 1969 (Programmer) and July 10, 1998 (Private channel) and is owned by Caracol Medios, a division of the Valorem.

In June 1998, Caracol Televisión became a privately-owned TV channel and became known as Canal Caracol. The first logo was introduced on July 10, 1998 and the green sphere was placed in the centre of the logo.

Before the 2000 update, this logo was first used as a secondary logo. The first logo was introduced on July 10, 1998 and the green sphere was placed in the centre of the logo.
A modification of the 1998 logo was added the blue sphere with a word "TV", who was used in programming and movies.

In May 2003, after the separation of Caracol Televisión and Caracol Radio for the purchase of Caracol Radio by Prisa, Caracol Televisión presented its new logo once again.
