Central Television Enterprises (CTE) was the distribution arm of ITV franchisee Central Independent Television. The CTE name was retained after the Carlton takeover in 1994.

1998–1999[]
In 1998, CTE became Carlton International.
1999–2004[]
Carlton International merged with Granada International in 2004.
