CelcomDigi is a Malaysian-based joint venture company of Axiata and Telenor. It is formed in 2022 through a merger of Axiata-owned Celcom and Telenor-owned Digi, while retaining its respective brands for consumer-facing purposes.

Promo material and stores from both telecoms however, now place the 'by CelcomDigi' branding.
