Celestial Tiger Entertainment is an Asian entertainment company based in Hong Kong. It was initially a joint venture of Lionsgate Entertainment Corporation and Saban Capital Group until 2011, when Celestial Pictures, which is subsidiary of Astro Overseas Holdings, joined the venture and added its existing channels to the family such as Celestial Movies and Celestial Classic Movies.
