Central European Media Enterprises, abbreviated as CME Group, is one of the largest TV and media companies in Central and Eastern Europe. Since October 13, 2020, it is owned by PPF Group, a Czech investment company. Until then, it was 75% owned by WarnerMedia, a subsidiary of AT&T.

CME currently operates in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, and Bulgaria (using the Nova, Markíza, Pro TV and bTV brands, respectively), as well as Slovenia. Previously, the group operated in Croatia (also using the Nova brand), until it sold its operations there to the United Group in 2018.
