Central European Media Enterprises, abbreviated as CME Group, is one of the largest TV and media companies in Central and Eastern Europe. Since 13 October 2020, it is owned by PPF Group, a Czech investment company. Until then, it was 75% owned by WarnerMedia (now Warner Bros. Discovery).

CME currently operates in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, and Bulgaria (using the Nova, Markíza, Pro TV and bTV brands, respectively), as well as Croatia and Slovenia. Between 2004 and 2018, CME owned Nova in Croatia, until it sold its operations to United Group. On 1 June 2022, the group acquired RTL Hrvatska (Nova’s main competitor) from RTL Group.
