CME currently operates in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania and Bulgaria (using the Nova, Markíza, Pro TV and bTV brands, respectively), as well as Slovenia. Previously the group operated in Croatia (also using the Nova brand), until it sold its operations there to the United Group in 2018.
