From Mid-January 2018, Century 21 uploaded a Brand Essence video explaining "What If we changed everything?" of which teased an upcoming visual identity revamp for the brand.
The logo was revealed along with a completely revamped visual identity on March 1, 2018. With this change included a new motto "Defy Mediocrity + Deliver Extraordinary Experiences." and a new campaign named "Don't Settle". US Brand Agency MullenLowe was behind the new look.
