Channel 31 Sydney, using the callsign CTS-31, began transmission in 1993 on UHF-31. In March 2004, the Australian Broadcasting Authority revoked the licence of Community Television Sydney Ltd and gave it to Television Sydney. Even though its licence was extended pending a court hearing, it ultimately ceased broadcasting at midnight on 23 April 2004.
